She was relentless in her training, before and after school, for 12 years before she proudly won Junior Olympic Nationals. This is where Nicole developed discipline, an unwavering work ethic, and the ability to perform under pressure.
As the Chief Growth Officer, Nicole is responsible for developing and implementing innovative growth strategies that drive revenue and market expansion. She leverages her analytical acumen and market insights to identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships that enhance TrustPoint's competitive position. Nicole is also committed to fostering a customer-centric culture, ensuring that the organization delivers exceptional value and service to clients. When Nicole is not exploring innovative strategies for business expansion, she is with her teenage son, John, fishing in the Gulf or golfing.
