Bill Bancroft focuses on leaders, leadership and leadership development. His work with leaders over the past 15 years has led to issues surrounding culture, strategy, innovation and succession. He views organizations from a systems perspective and finds that successful change often touches multiple individuals and multiple components of an organization. So solutions require multiple initiatives, including coaching both individuals and moving teams to high performance.
Bill is exceptionally strong in nailing a client situation – what a client’s issues are, where they want to take their organization in the months and years ahead and how to successfully get them to their desired future. He often uses graphics in his work, both graphic facilitation and graphic recording.
By design, Bill’s practice is about equally divided among the private, not-for-profit, and public private sectors. He has served companies and firms including Austin Industries, Jones Day, Jones Lang LaSalle, Shell Oil and the Stratford Company. He has worked with not-for-profits including King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia, Habitat for Humanity, Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute and the Texas A&M Energy Institute. And he has served the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, the San Antonio Housing Authority and the city councils and senior staffs of many cities.
Bill is certified to train strategic planning using the process developed by The Grove Consultants International and IMPACT assessments using Human Synergistics tools.
